 Leah Hughes
Leah Hughes grew
up in Howard County and has lived in the Big Spring area all
her life. She earned her real estate degree from
Southwest College of Real Estate. Leah has sold real
estate for 13 years.
She is the wife of Ricky Hughes
who owns and operates Mr. Scrubs Car Wash and Oil
Change.
They have one son and daughter-in-law, Wes and
Kim Hughes, one daughter and son-in-law, Kara and Bucky
Crenshaw, and one grandson, Colten Hughes. And one granddaughter, Hannah Crenshaw.

Christie has lived in Big Spring
since the age of nine and takes great pride in her
community. She worked in the title business for about
eight years when she decided to explore another end of the
industry. Her prior experience as a licensed Escrow Officer

earned a BA from North Texas University. She and her husband,
Tom, lived briefly in Houston, Dallas, and Midland Before
returning to Big Spring to raise their two sons.

Kim
Pollard is excited to be a part of J. Rutledge Realty.

After graduating from Big Spring High
School, Kim attended college at Angelo State University where
she received her BBA degree specializing in marketing.
After staying home with her children for 10 years, she started
classes to get her real estate license. She received her
Real Estate License in 2003, and worked for a local Broker in
Big Spring, and continued to take classes to get her broker’s
license, in 2005. She is marriedto Bill Pollard and they
have 2 children who attend school in the BSISD school
District.

Jessica Thomas grew in up Midland, Texas, and graduated from UTPB with a bachelor’s degree in Communication. She has since worked in radio selling advertising and as an on-air personality. Jessica also writes a column for the Midland Reporter Telegram. New opportunities working in real estate have brought her to Big Spring, TX, and she looks forward to becoming more involved in the community.
